Bolt Anchor

AOP Precast has manufactured the bolt anchor, a product conceived in collaboration with leaders from Germany and USA's precast industry. The bolt anchor comprises a high-grade socket swage designed to fasten securely to thread lifting systems. We employ a state-of-the-art eight-direction high-power swaging machine to guarantee that the bolt anchor boasts a 5-fold safety factor.

Installation options include securing it to formwork using plastic nail plates or magnetic socket holders. AOP's bolt anchor is crafted from high-grade steel or stainless steel sockets swaged onto bolts with heads, eliminating the need for screws. We exclusively utilize BAO STEEL materials to ensure the stability and quality of our rebar anchor components.
